Can I withdraw from a course?

Cancellations

Students are entitled to a full refund if a course they are registered for is canceled.

Five-Day Cancellation:  An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within five days from date of registration, and prior to course start date is entitled to a refund of all monies paid.

Other Cancellations:  An applicant requesting cancellation more than five (5) days after registration and tuition payment, and prior to the course start date, is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable registration fee of $100.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on or after the first day of class are entitled to a refund of tuition (which does not include the non-refundable $100 registration fee) as follows:

Amount of Course Completed / Refundable Tuition Due Student

• 0-25% completed / 75% refund
• 25-50% completed / 50% refund
• 50-75% completed / 25% refund
• >= 75% of course / No refund

The nonrefundable fee and consumed portion of the tuition will be deducted from the original tuition payment. A refund of the remaining tuition will be credited back to the card on file.
